PRIVACY POLICY
OF THE ONLINE SHOP METALOPOLIS.PL
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy of the Online Shop is for information purposes, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Customers or Clients of the Online Shop.
1.2. The administrator of personal data collected through the Online Shop is the company METAL MIND PRODUCTIONS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ based in Katowice (registered office address and mailing address: ul. Czajek 31, 40-534 Katowice); entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000047789; registration court in which the company file is kept: District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register; share capital in the amount of: PLN 50,000.00.; Tax ID: 6340126223; REGON: 003467885; e-mail: orders@metalopolis.pl - hereinafter referred to as "Administrator", and also being the Service Provider and the Seller at the Online Shop.
1.3. Personal data of the Customer and the Client are processed in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws, 1997, No. 133, item 883 as amended) (hereinafter referred to as: Act on the Protection of Personal Data) and the Act on electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
1.4. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular to ensure that the data collected are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified and legitimate purposes and not processed further in a manner incompatible with those purposes; relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
1.5. All words, phrases and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Shop, Electronic Service) shall be construed in accordance with their definitions in the Online Shop Terms and Conditions available at the Online Shop website.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND DATA RECIPIENTS
2.1. Each time, the purpose, scope, and the recipient of the data processed by the Administrator IS due to the actions taken by the Customer or the Client in the Online Shop. For example, if when placing an Order a Client selects personal delivery instead of the courier service, their information will be processed for the conclusion and execution of the Sale Contract, but will not be made available to the carrier performing the delivery on behalf of the Administrator.
2.2. Possible purposes of Clients’ or Customers’ personal data collection by the Administrator:

2.4. direct marketing of own products or services of the Administrator.
2.5. Possible recipients of personal information of the Clients of the Online Shop:
2.6. In the case of a Client who uses the delivery by post or courier method in the Online Shop, the Administrator provides the Client's personal data collected to the selected carrier or agent executing the delivery on behalf of the Administrator.
2.7. In the case of a Client who uses electronic payment method or credit card in the Online Shop, the Administrator provides the Client's personal data collected to the selected operator of these payments in the Online Shop.
2.8. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Clients or Customers using the Online Shop: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), address of residence / business / establishment (if different from delivery address). In the case of Clients or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator can further process the company name and tax identification number (tax ID) of Customer or Client.
2.9. Providing personal data referred to in the preceding paragraph may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sale Contract or contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Shop. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated previously in the Online Shop and in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop.
3. COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA
3.1. Cookies are small text information files in the form of text files sent by the server and stored on the Online Shop visitor's side (e.g. on hard drive, laptop, or smartphone memory card - depending on what device is used by the Online Shop visitor). 3.2. The Administrator can process data in the Cookies during the visits to the Online Shop website for the following purposes:

3.4. saving Products added to the card in order to submit Orders;
3.5. storing data from Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Shop;
3.6. customizing content of the Online Shop website to individual preferences of the Client (e.g. colours, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of Online Shop website;
3.7. keeping anonymous statistics showing how the Online Shop website is used.
3.8. By default, most web browsers available on the market accept saving cookies. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions for the use of cookies by using own browser settings. This means that one may, for example, partially limit (e.g. temporally) or completely disable the ability to store cookies - in the latter case, however, it can have an impact on some of the functionalities of the Online Shop (for example, one may not be able to go through with placing an Order via Order Form due failure to save Products in the cart during subsequent Order placement steps).
3.9. Internet browser settings in terms of cookies are relevant with respect to consent to the use of cookies by our Online Shop - in accordance with law such consent may also be expressed by the settings in your browser. In the absence of such consent, web browser cookie settings should be changed.

3.11. The Administrator also processes anonymized operational data related to the use of the Online Shop (the logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics to help in the administration of the Online Shop. These data are cumulative and anonymous, i.e. do not contain identifying features of visitors to our Online Shop website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
4. BASIS OF PROCESSING THE DATA
4.1. Providing personal data by the Client or Customer is voluntary, but failing to provide the personal data indicated on the Online Shop website and in the Terms and Conditions, necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Sale Contract or contract for the provision of Electronic Services results in the inability to conclude the Contract.
4.2. The basis for processing of personal data of a Customer or Client is the necessity to execute the contract, to which they are party or to take action before it is concluded at their request. In the case of data processing for the direct marketing of own products or services of the Administrator, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior approval of the Customer or Client, or (2) the fulfilment of the legitimate objectives pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Art. 23 paragraph 4 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data the legitimate interests are in particular direct marketing of own products or services by the Administrator).
5. RIGHT OF INSPECTION, ACCESS TO THE CONTENTS OF THE DATA AND THEIR AMENDMENT
5.1. The Client or Customer has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
5.2. Any person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the data set of the Administrator, and in particular the right to: request supplementing, update, or correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
5.3. If the Customer of Client grants their consent to the processing of data for direct marketing o own products or services of the Administrator, this consent may be revoked at any time.
5.4. If the Administrator intends to process or processes data of Customer or Client for direct marketing of own products or services of the Administrator, the person to whom the data refer is entitled also to (1) the filing of a written, reasoned request to stop processing the data due to their particular situation or to (2) objecting to the processing of their data.
5.5. In order to exercise the rights referred to above, please contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator’s address indicated in the introduction to this Privacy Policy.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Online Shop may contain links to other websites. The Administrator encourages the Clients to read the privacy statements after going to other sites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Shop.
6.2. The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed corresponding to the risks and category of data under protection, in particular, protects data against unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.
6.3. Respectively, Administrator provides the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data transmitted electronically:
